Here's some work I am pretty proud of. I was approached by Ink Publishing (Brooklyn, NY), the publishers of some beautiful in-flight publications, such as the HOW award-winning, GO Magazine (Air Tran Airways).
They needed a set of icons that would work in both the newly redesigned en|VIVA magazine, as well as the vivaaerobus.com website. The biggest challenge in the project, had to be making sure that whatever was done visually could be easily understood in both the Latin and American cultures–and without words.
Well, after some back and forth collaboration from art director Shane Luitjens, we were able to work out a nicely designed set of grayscale icons for the launch. Good fun.
